7140 teachers job vacancies in UP

Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service Selection Board(UPSESSB) invites application for recruitment for the post of  Trained Graduate Teachers(TGT) and Lecturer(PGT). 

Total Number of Vacancies: 7140.
Trained Graduate Teachers: 6028
Post Graduate Teachers: 1112

Last Date to Apply: 30-January-2014

Age Limit: 21 years as on 01-July-2014.

Educational Qualification: 
TGT: Must have passed Graduate Degree from a recognized university and Trained Degree(i.e. B.Ed.)
PGT: Must have passed with a Post Graduate Degree in respective Subject.

Application Fees:
Rs. 430/- for Gen and OBC category candidate.
Rs. 230/- for SC category candidate.
Rs. 130/- for ST category candidate.

How to Apply: Download the Application Form from Board website(http://www.upsessb.org/) and dully filled it and sent with enclosed Demand Draft and documents to the Given address before Last Date by Registered Post Only.

Selection Procedure: A written test will be conducted followed by a personal interview. Merit will be based on Marks in written exam and personal interview.
85% Marks for written Exam.
10% marks for interview.
5% marks will be given for special qualification.
